I have worn many hats in my life – Actor, Theatre Director, Voice Artist, Production Manager, Corporate Communication Coach, National Activation Manager, Show Caller, Stage Manager, Drama Teacher, Writer, Photographer, Friend, Daughter, Wife, Mother….Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means a reason for being.

The word refers to having a purpose in life, towards which an individual takes spontaneous and willing actions giving them satisfaction and a sense of meaning to life.

The Young Actors Studio is my ikigai – a place where I can use all that I have learnt and share the culmination of all the different hats – a space to hold, inspire and be inspired.  I am grateful and lucky to have built it alongside Siobhan Hodgson.  The expansion into representing actors through Young Actors Studio Management would never have been possible without the astute business acumen and brilliance of Daniela Bonanno, we are so excited to offer this service to young actors looking to step into the industry.
