Ruben Engel

I am an artist in love with the act of creating, whether it be acting, directing or even gardening. Having started performing as a teenager with Project Phakama, I afterwards obtained a triple major in drama, theatre directing and media production at UCT.

Since then I have starred in amazing theatre projects, TV and commercials locally and abroad. Some of these projects include Deep State, Bulletproof, Dominion, Suidooster and 7de Laan.Over the past few years I have gained the confidence to start sharing the knowledge and experience I have acquired over the past 20 years in the industry. Holding the title of Runner up Mr SA 09, I have since crafted a profound passion for youth empowerment, and  focus more and more of my efforts on them.
